LB Holistic Wellness therapist is an Out-of-Network provider for all insurance plans.

Most insurance plans include out-of-network benefits, which may make you eligible for reimbursement after meeting your deductible. In this case, you will pay for services upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance company. Upon request, I can provide a detailed superbill to support your claim and help facilitate potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network coverage. Your insurer will review your submission, determine the eligible reimbursement amount, and send any payment directly to you.

Additionally, most of my services qualify for payment through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), allowing you to use pre-tax funds to cover eligible healthcare expenses and offering you more flexibility in managing the cost of your care.
